The Population Estimates Program publishes age data for the U.S., states, counties, and metropolitan areas. Age data are presented by single year of age, 5 year age groups, selected age groups, and median age. Characteristics of age by sex, race, and Hispanic origin are published to the county level. The reference date for these estimates is July 1.
