USGS scientists Greg Auble and Mike Scott have been invited to share their research results in a public workshop about riparian resources in the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument. The BLM is hosting the workshop, to be held Sept. 23-25 in Lewistown, Mont., to help interested stakeholders better understand riparian management within the monument and foster cooperation. Forty scientists, agency officials, ranchers, conservationists, and other interested publics are expected to attend.
