Advance Exchange of Operational Information on Antarctic Activities

Each year, the national antarctic programs of all Antarctic Treaty Consultative Parties exchange operational information on proposed activities for the next austral summer season and the following winter season. These documents provide information on active stations, ship operations, air operations (to and from the continent and on the continent), emergency contacts, and communications.
