Title:  Estimation of Response Bias in the NHES:95 Adult Education Survey
Description: This report consists of four major research objectives established for the Bias Study. They were: to examine the bias in the overall participation rate in adult education activities; to examine bias in the estimates of participation in work-related and personal development courses; to assess the validity of the responses to the barriers items; and to explore reasons for switching participation status between the NHES:95 screener and the AE extended interview.
