The institution keyholder must register at the beginning of every academic year before data can be entered. A User ID and password is emailed to the keyholder who registered for the prior collection. If there is no designated keyholder, the necessary information is sent by mail to the head of the institution (president, CEO, etc.) during the first week of August.
Registration Deadline
Keyholders are requested to confirm their registration by August 27, 2008.
If registration is not confirmed as of August 27, CEOs of institutions will be notified and asked to follow up or appoint a new keyholder, in order to ensure that the previous year's keyholder is still at the institution and/or that the email address for the previous keyholder is still active. The CEO will continue to receive reminders by mail until the keyholder is registered.
The registration site opens August 1 so that keyholders can register and confirm that the information on file is correct. Keyholders will receive registration information via email on August 1, when the system opens.
