Printing
Printing Survey Materials
- All survey materials (blank forms, instructions, FAQs, narrative edits, and import specifications)
can be accessed and printed from the data collection system using the Help menu.
Click on Survey Materials and answer the questions. From the page of survey materials,
click on the View icon, and then print using your browser's print function. Survey materials can also be accessed from outside the data collection system,
from the IPEDS website on the web-based collection information page
Printing forms with data
- Select Printable Data from the Options column on the Surveys screen to print out forms from the
current collection and from previous collections in the same survey cycle.
- Use the browser Print button or Print menu item (under File) to print copies of the documents.
- Forms with prior year data can also be printed from the IPEDS Peer Analysis System.
Login at the Institution level using your 6-digit IPEDS UnitID, designate your institution as the Focus institution,
go to Reports & Stats, and select Forms Facsimile.
