Password Problems
Password does not work:

Be sure that the letters are entered in the correct upper/lower case, as you had created it.
- Note that keyholder UserIDs begin with 'P8' or '88G' for the 2008-09
collection year.

Change your password
First, call the Help Desk (1-877-225-2568) to have a temporary password
generated and emailed to you. After this, you can and must create a new
password.
