Keyholders and coordinators are responsible for keeping the contact information in the data collection system current. This can be done at any time during the year, except for the 2 months prior to sending out new passwords. Registration information can be updated even if the respondent is in VIEW mode. Please contact the Help Desk (1-877-225-2568 or ipedshelp@rti.org) if you need to update your contact information during June or July.
