- US EPA Region 9 is the agency responsible for maintaining the sole source aquifer database for Arizona. The sole source aquifers represented in the polygon coverges are: Naco Bisbee and Tucson. Naco Bisbee was generated based on the watershed. The original map was photocopied at 8.5x11 and drawn on 7.5 USGS quad map and then digitized. No information is available for the Tucson Sole Source Aquifer coverage. The data are complete and appear to contain the necessary variables needed to generate USAs.
