Serve as ITS / Operations Engineer; responsible for implementation of the FHWA ITS program in Oregon.
Provide technical expertise in transportation system management and operations to customers in Oregon and nationwide.
Participated in 2 month rotational assignment with FHWA HQ working with the ICM program.
Deployed for the Florida hurricanes (2004) and Louisiana hurricanes (2005) and Southern California Wildfires (2007) to assist in the emergency response and recovery efforts as part of the ESF-1 team.
Past work assignments include; Tennessee Division, FHWA HQ Office of Operations, Special Assignment in Minnesota DOT TOC, former FHWA Region 10 Office, and City of Portland Oregon Traffic Operations Section.
