•    Assisted Indiana, District of Columbia, and Wisconsin Divisions on Organizational Assessments •    Assisted the District Columbia Division on Risk and Fire Order assessments •    Served as a principal ISO auditor for the Illinois Department of Transportation •    Developing training programs and live video presentation via a satellite for the Social Security Administration. •    He served as part of a specially trained cadre of people who were charged with spearheading the national training program in many aspect of disability. •    The training included topic such as neurology and disability adjudication, cardiovascular factors of disability, Adult Down syndrome and many other area of disability policies. •    Eric provides on-call technical assistance to states, division and other federal and local agencies in: •    Baldridge Organizational Assessments, ISO quality management systems auditing, data quality and performance measures training and other data analysis requests
