MEMORIALIZING ORDER

As stated at the scheduling hearing held this 28th day of October, 2003, it is hereby

ORDERED that the trial on the merits in this matter shall begin on December 15, 2003; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the remaining items raised in the motion for a scheduling order are taken under advisement, to be considered when the scheduling conference reconvenes at 4:35 p.m., on October 29, 2003. The continuation of the scheduling conference shall not be under seal; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the transcript of the October 28, 2003, scheduling conference is released for the limited purpose of complying with the order issued in this matter earlier today concerning redaction of the transcript.
