STATUS OF THE UNITED STATES'S COMPLIANCE WITH THE
ANTITRUST PROCEDURES AND PENALTIES ACT, 15 U.S.C. §§ 16(b)-(h)

By order issued March 15, 2004, the Court, among other things, instructed the United States to file with the Court and to publish in the Federal Register any written comments relating to the proposed Final Judgment and the United States's responses. The United States filed the written comments and its responses on March 15, and caused them to be published in the Federal Register on April 6, 2004. See 69 Fed. Reg. 18930. The United States, however, urges the Court to refrain from taking any further action in this case until after June 1, 2004, pursuant to the terms of the Stipulated Order Regarding the Court's Consideration of the Proposed Final Judgment and the State of West Virginia's Pending Motion, which was filed electronically today.
