Contact our Office at 312-596-7157 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or Claims Examiner. Phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) toll free number is 1-866-OWCP-IVR or 1-866-692-7487.The IVR gives information about case status and compensation payments. Automated information is available 24 hours a day. Make sure the have the injured workers’ case file number available when you call.

For medical authorization, call 1-866-335-8319 or send a fax to 1-800-215-4901. For prescription benefits and processing, call 1-866-664-5581. For billing status inquiries, go to the Central Bill Pay Facility online query website or call 1-866-335-8319.

Please note that the quickest way to get correspondence to our office is to mail it directly to the London, Kentucky address shown above. All documents are imaged and available for viewing in the district office within 24 hours of receipt. Forms CA1, CA2, CA2a, CA7, and CA16 should be mailed directly to our district office.
