Significant Guidance Documents Currently in Effect
Documents that have been added, revised, or withdrawn in the past year are indicated as such. If you would like to submit comments on any of these documents, including a request for a significant guidance document to be issued, reconsidered, modified, or rescinded, you may send an e-mail to Guidance@doc.gov, with the word “GUIDANCE” in the subject heading. For existing guidance documents, please specify why and how the document should be rescinded or revised. A formal response to submitted comments is not required; the Department of Commerce may choose to respond to your comment at its sole discretion.
