Juarez L.F. DaSilva - Research Associate
Dr. Juarez L.F. Da Silva joined NREL in August 2006 as a Research Associate in the Computational Materials Science group. He received his B.S. (1994), M.S. (1997), and Ph.D. (2002), all in Physics, at the Goias Federal University, Sao PauloUniversity, and Fritz-Haber Institute of the Max-Planck Society (Tehnical University Berlin), respectively. His background is in material science based on first-principles, density-functional theory calculations.
