There are no limitations on quantity and no backorders. If we have it in stock, it's yours for the taking! Installation services are also available.

And now you can place your orders online using your Government credit card. The FedFast online store displays stock availability so you always know our current inventory situation. Should we not have the item and quantity you desire, you can choose to be notified when stock is replenished by simply clicking the Notify me when product is available.button and we will respond to you within 24 hours. Here are some other exciting features of the new FedFast online store:

  • Save Cart allows you to save your shopping cart contents under a name of your choosing for up to 6 months! That means you can retrieve it and check out at a later date and time or simply keep it as a "typical" furniture configuration for your agency, division, or office.


  • As you add items to your current cart, a running total will display at the top of the page showing the number of items and total cost if delivered or installed. That way you can easily keep track of how close you are getting to your credit card limit.


  • View your products in all available fabrics and laminates! Merely mouse-over available choices on the product detail page and the image will change accordingly.


  • View Cart allows you to verify your order prior to checking out. To help ensure you are ordering what you want, thumbnail pictures display next to cart contents in the fabric/laminate you selected.


  • Order Confirmations include thumbnail pictures next to the items ordered making it easier to verify deliveries upon receipt.


  • You can enter a personal alphanumeric reference that will print on your order confirmation to ensure products get to the right recipient.


  • Past Orders allows you to check on the status of prior orders and includes a link to our freight carriers so you get the most up-to-date information.

The term "ship" means your order will be picked up from our Distribution Center in Schuylkill, Pennsylvania, by a freight carrier.

The 48-hour shipping guarantee begins after validation of credit card charges and excludes weekends, Federal holidays, labor strikes, adverse weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

You will get your order for free (up to $5,000 per order) if we miss the 48-hour shipping commitment. In such cases, we will issue a credit to your charge account.

The term "delivery" means the time your order is being transported by a freight carrier to your shipping destination.

Installation services are performed by OEI ® and include set-up and removal of all packing material and trash. If such services are requested, we will ship your order directly to the installer. In the meantime, a representative will contact you to arrange the date and time for installation. Please note if your total order is less than $1,500 using installation pricing, an additional charge of $250 will be added to cover the cost of this service. (Noted on the order as ZZINSTALL). If installation is not desired, the $250 surcharge for the ZZINSTALL will not be applied to your order.

Stock availability changes constantly and the status shown on the store cannot be guaranteed since we operate on a "first come, first served" basis. Items that appear to be in stock can be sold out while you are shopping. Therefore, a final inventory check is performed during the checkout process to verify availability.

If we do not have sufficient inventory to accept your order, you can use the Notify me when product is available. feature to request to be notified when our inventory is replenished. Simply click the icon and complete the form to indicate your desired quantity and your contact information. You may also request we notify up to two colleagues as well. Once you submit the form, we will contact you within 24 hours by phone or e-mail.

Carts can be saved for longer than 6 months by simply retrieving and saving the cart again. This action places a new time and date stamp on the cart that effectively begins a new 6-month period.

Our preferred freight carriers are Roadway Express, FedEx, and UPS. Each carrier has a tracking system that allows us to enter your e-mail address so that you receive automatic notifications regarding the status of your shipment.
