Annual Reports
| As required by Section 706 of the Surface Mining Law, the Office of Surface Mining has submitted Annual Reports to the President and Congress each year since 1978. Beginning in 1994 the financial reporting requirements of the Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990 were also included in the Annual Reports. All past reports are out of print and have been available only as xerox copies on special request; however, because of the interest in tracking progress over time they are provided here in .pdf format. All the reports are also available on CD-ROM. |
