The Deputy Associate Chief Information Officer
(ACIO) for Telecommunications Services and Operations (TSO)
is the key executive, under the administrative direction of
the ACIO for Integration and Operation (I&O) and CIO,
for USDA telecommunications assets, operations and policy.
The Deputy ACIO for Telecommunications participates with the
ACIO for Integration and Operation (I&O) and Chief Information
Officer in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation
of program development and delivery in the area of Telecommunications
Services. The Deputy ACIO provides leadership, vision, and
direction for planning, developing, managing and coordinating
telecommunications throughout USDA.
