SEC. 8014. [20 U.S.C. 7714] AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS
  1. PAYMENTS FOR FEDERAL ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY. -For the purpose of making payments under section 8002, there are authorized to be appropriated $32,000,000 for fiscal year 2000 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the seven succeeding fiscal years.
  2. BASIC PAYMENTS; PAYMENTS FOR HEAVILY IMPACTED LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES. -For the purpose of making payments under section 8003(b), there are authorized to be appropriated $809,400,000 for fiscal year 2000 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the seven succeeding fiscal years.
  3. PAYMENTS FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES. -For the purpose of making payments under section 8003(d), there are authorized to be appropriated $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2000 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the seven succeeding fiscal years.
  4. PAYMENTS FOR INCREASES IN MILITARY CHILDREN. -Repealed by§1817(d) of the Appendix to P.L. 106-398, Oct. 30, 2000;114 Stat. 1654A-488
  5. CONSTRUCTION. -For the purpose of carrying out section 8007, there are authorized to be appropriated $10,052,000 for fiscal year 2000 and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2001, $150,000,000 for fiscal year 2002, and such sums as may be neccessary for each of the five succeeding fiscal years.
  6. FACILITIES MAINTENANCE. -For the purpose of carrying out section 8008, there are authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2000 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the seven succeeding years.
