Supports a "multi-tiered" warranty hierarchy, enabling users to track equipment warranties by whole unit (chassis), component, and replacement parts. As work is performed, the system generates warnings to indicate "under warranty" conditions and prevent warranty violations.
All warranty-related repairs are tracked, and the warranty claims process is fully automated. The system tracks warranty claims submission and records reimbursement of in-house warranty work. The system also tracks warranty work performed by authorized OEM dealerships.
