Drinking Water Compliance Data Management
The Unit provides technical assistance to the states in uploading their quarterly data submittals to the Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS). SDWIS is the national database management system that contains basic inventory, violation, enforcement, and variance/exemption data, that are needed for Federal oversight of the State PWSS programs.
Currently, this data is available to the public through Envirofacts and is updated on a quarterly basis.
