It has been a long time since I filed my claim and I haven't heard from TSA. What should I do?
Please contact the Claims Management Office. Here are some reasons for the lack of resolution:

We may not have accurate contact information.

Your claim may be insufficient.

Your claim may have been administratively cancelled if we could not locate the claim and could not contact you.
It is our goal to adjudicate all claims within sixty (60) days of receipt.
