CPSC, Whirlpool Announce Recall of Dehumidifiers

(View of the recalled dehumidifier)"The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Whirlpool Corporation are urging consumers to check their Whirlpool, Comfort-Aire, or Kenmore brand dehumidifiers to see if they are part of this recall"

(Various views of the recalled dehumidifier)"The recalled dehumidifiers can overheat posing a fire hazard. Whirlpool has recieved 13 reports of the dehumidifiers overheating and causing fires. Three of these incidences have resulted in extensive property damage, no injuries have been reported.
