(PES) is specialty energy consulting and engineering company focused on renewable energy, on-site cogeneration, advanced energy efficiency and energy management. In total, PES principals and associates have experience with over 600 MW of cogeneration and district energy systems as well as specific expertise evaluating and designing biogas-fueled cogeneration systems for municipal and industrial sites. Our teams renewable energy generation experience also includes the assessment, development and/or installation of 20 MW of solar electric (photovoltaic or PV) projects for commercial, institutional, utility and government customers. The team consists of experienced engineers, project and construction managers, two of whom are LEED-Accredited Professionals. PES can evaluate buildings, design and help implement energy efficiency strategies in order to earn the ENERGY STAR and also the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification.
