My name is Richard McGaffin, and I am a concerned Blind voter. I would like to
address this ATS situation. I don't think it's necessary to make these changes
to the street corners of the United States. I think it would be way too costly,
and it would also cause more trouble than it's worth have you people stopped to
realize how dangerous it would be to have audible traffic signals that don't
work half the time. Not only that the inconvenience it would be to put any kind
of bumps or grading at every corner, or have you forgotten about the folks that
are either traveling by wheel chair or those people that maybe be pushing baby
carriages, or wearing high heels. I strongly suggest that you reconsider this
action, and change the position of this. And do not make this mistake.
thank you
Richard McGaffin
