This is my own opinion and not the opinion of the Federal Agency I work for.
The recommendations of the PROWAC must become regulations. I support this PROWAC
report.
As someone who has walked off a Washington, DC Metro Rail platform I know the
need for detectable warnings at any drop off. As someone who has to cross
heavily traveled intersections I know the need for accessible pedestrian
signals.
