hi my name is james hooper. [ ...] i am a blind traveler and feel very strongly that the proposed regulations are good for blind travelersas i was hit by a car 3 years ago due too an intersection which didn't have a warning signal and was very tuff too cross, please consider the report and adopt the regulations so more blind people will not get hurt or killed.
