I am writing to express my opposition to the access board's proposed rule for installing APS and truncated domes at every "walk-don't walk", inter section. It is my belief and personal experience as blind person, that proper training allows a blind person to go safely and independently anywhere they want. In my open, pedestrian safety should be the guideline and should be determined on an individual,

Sincerely,
