ABSTRACT: IGNITE is an office automation network that transmits unclassified information in the course of normal day-to-day operations. IGNITE maintains system administration records related to network operation.

PURPOSE: IGNITE provides a standard architecture and basic infrastructure for a variety of office automation tools to include email and word processing. IGNITE supports the Office of the Inspector General.

ACCESS CONSTRAINTS: IGNITE is protected from unauthorized access through system, administrative, physical, and technical safeguards.

USE CONSTRAINTS: IGNITE users are restricted to the system privileges necessary to perform assigned tasks.

AGENCY PROGRAM: IGNITE is a general-purpose computing resource that OIG staff rely upon to successfully fulfill the Agency's mission and to perform day-to-day operational activities. SOURCES OF DATA: IGNITE collects statistical operations performance data from its servers, routers, switches, and similar network components.
