You may cancel your order at any time, even if it's been shipped and even if you have already received it.
Simply call our Customer Service Center at 800.827.3168. You may also e-mail your
request to metal_sales@central.unicor.gov. Please be sure to include the
8-digit sales order number and your name and phone number in the e-mail.
While we understand that cancellations are sometimes a necessity, a restocking fee may be charged to your credit card for any product returned for reasons other than defect or damage. Our Transportation Officer will provide you an estimate of the cost to return your order. Such costs typically include repackaging, return freight charges, and possibly product rework charges to fix damages incurred during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging. |
