Northwest Immigrant Rights Project v. USCIS

On June 2, 2008, the United States District Court, Western District of Washington at Seattle signed an "Order of Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement" in the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP) class action. A copy of the order, settlement agreement, and exhibits are attached.

Objections or comments to the settlement agreement are to be filed with the court no later than July 15, 2008. (Applications will not be accepted by USCIS until and unless the court approves the agreement and an application period is announced.
