Jun-Wei Luo - Postdoc
Dr. Jun-Wei Luo is a Postdoc in the Solid State Theory Group at NREL. His main research interests are electronic structure and optical properties of semiconductor nanostructures and nanometer semiconductor device simulation. He received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Zhejiang University in China. In October 2005, he received his Ph.D in Condensed Matter Physics from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing, China, where he studied electronic structure of semicondutor quantum dots and nanometer MOSFET, jointly advised by Prof. Shu-Shen Li and Dr. Lin-Wang Wang at Lawrence Berkely National Laboratory.
