FBCA Interoperability Testing Information

The General Services Administration (GSA), as the Federal PKI Management Authority (FPKI MA), has contracted with Protiviti Government Services to perform cross-certification technical testing in accordance with the Technical Guide as part of the cross-certification process:

1) identify and resolve potential incompatibilities between the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies of the FBCA and the candidate, and

2) to minimize the risk of cross-certified Certification Authorities already in the Production FBCA.

Please note that the Federal PKI Policy Authority (FPKIPA) must authorize the FPKI MA to initiate testing. If you do not have authorization, please see the cross-certification and methodology document to understand where you are in the cross-certification process.

If you are authorized for testing, please select the appropriate cross-certification matrix and the directory interoperability matrix.

The FPKIA ISODE M-Vault directory Meta-Edition supports entities using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directories, by using an LDAP chaining capability.  To access the test matrix for LDAP testing ->  click here.
