Link Analysis

Information Technology

Link analysis is a widely accepted tool used to support environmental investigations. Link analysis charts are effective and successful tools in trial presentations when used to depict a set of events and specific information related to a crime. The charts assist judges or juries to understand the complex relationships that exist in environment crime. Environmental crimes are often very difficult to follow, especially if understanding the crime requires keeping track of activities of many people and the timing to particular events (e.g. when various load of waste are transported).
