Follow New York Avenue into Maryland. Where New York Avenue spilts with the Baltimore/Washington Parkway, bear right towards U.S. 50 East, Annapolis.
Follow U.S. 50 East for 5 miles to exit 5, East-West Highway, Route 410. At the top of the ramp, bear right. Follow Route 410 East 1/2 mile to the light at Pennsy Drive. Turn left onto Pennsy Drive. 3601 Pennsy Drive is the first building on the right; it's a tan-colored building with a green band around it.
Alternate direction from Downtown
Follow East Capital Street east towards RFK Stadium. Go past the stadium and across the Anacostia River to Route 295 North, Kenilworth Avenue. Follow Kenilworth Avenue 2 miles to the exit for Route U.S. 50 East, Annapolis.
Follow U.S. 50 East for 5 miles to Exit 5, East-West Highway, Route 410. At the top of the ramp, bear right. Follow Route 410 East 1/2 mile to the light at Pennsy Drive. From the Beltway, I-95
From either direction in Prince Georges County (Maryland), take the Beltway to Exit 19B, Route 50 West, Washington. Follow Route 50 West for 1 mile to Exit 5, East-West Highway, Route 410. Turn left at the signal at the top of the ramp.
