AIR FORCE
Northrop Grumman Corporation, Pico Rivera, Calif., is being
awarded a $47,000,000 fixed price incentive fee contract
modification for ECP 0464F, Block 30 Concurrency Update.
The
effort is to update, integrate, conduct reviews on, test,
deliver, and install the B-2 Training System to represent the
first delivered production Block 30 Air Vehicle.
The effort
shall update hardware, software, academics, courseware,
documentation, missions for the Weapon System Trainer, Mission
Trainer, and Technical Manuals to the delivered Block 30 air
vehicle configuration.
Contract is expected to be completed in
December 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of
current fiscal year.
Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-
Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-87-C-
2000, P00671).
GTE Government Systems Corp, Data Systems Services
Organization, El Segundo, Calif., is being awarded a $9,558,402
(estimated) firm fixed price requirements-type contract for the
exercise of a nine-month extension of basic contract for
Contractor Logistics Support to provide services, materials and
support equipment for the on-site and per-call
preventive/remedial maintenance for the Intelligence and
Information Processing and Production equipment at worldwide
locations.
Contract is expected to be completed in June 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of current fiscal year.
The solicitation was issued in February 1991 and negotiations
were completed in September 1991.
Warner Robins Air Logistics
Center, Robins AFB, Ga., is the contracting activity (F09603-91-D-
1613-P00011).
ARMY
Olin Corporation/Winchester Division, Independence, Mo., is
being awarded a $5,657,498 modification to a cost plus award fee
contract for the operation and maintenance of a government
owned/contractor operator facility.
Work will be performed at
the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, Independence, Mo., and is
expected to be completed by September 30, 1996.
Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
There
were 17 bids solicited
on October 3, 1984, and seven bids received.
The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical
Command, Rock Island, Ill. (DAAA09-91-Z-0009).
Lockheed Martin Vought Systems Corporation, Grand Prairie,
Texas, is being awarded a $7,600,000 cost plus incentive fee
letter contract with a cumulative total of $35,425,000 (if two
options are exercised) for 4 Multiple Launch Rocket System, High
Mobility Artillery Rocket System advanced concept technology
demonstrations.
Work will be performed in Camden, Ark. (82%),
and Grand Prairie, Texas (18%), and is expected to be completed
by July 31, 2000.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year.
This is a sole source contract
initiated on June 6, 1996.
The contracting activity is the U.S.
Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala. (DAAH01-96-C-0385).
Raytheon Company, Raytheon Electronics Systems, Marlborough,
Mass., is being awarded an $11,499,127 (base year plus five
options) firm fixed price/fixed price with economic price
adjustments, time and materials contract for the fabrication,
integration, test and delivery of Tri-Band Tactical Terminals
(T3(H)s) for battlefield satellite terminal communications for
use at an echelon level of corps and above.
Work will be
performed in Marlborough, Mass. (90%), and Virginia Beach, Va.
(10%), and is expected to be completed by August 30, 2006.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year.

NAVY
Science Applications International Corporation, San Diego,
Calif., is being awarded a $7,100,935 cost-plus-award-fee
contract for a shallow water training range for the Pacific
Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands, Kekaha Kauai, Hawaii.
Work will be performed in Goleta, Calif., and is expected to be
completed by September 1997.
Contract funds in the amount of
$5,783,871 would have expired at the end of the current fiscal
year.

proposals and three offers were received.

Black Construction Corporation, GMF, Guam, Mariana Islands,
is being awarded a $10,050,000 firm-fixed-price contract for
wastewater treatment plant upgrade at the existing Apra Harbor
Wastewater Treatment Plant, Navy Public Works Center, Guam,
Mariana Islands.
Work will be performed in Guam, Mariana
Islands, and is expected to be completed by March 1998.

Work will be performed in
Groton, Conn., and is expected to be completed by January 1998.
Partial contract funds will expire at the end of the current
