Implementation: The Foreign Grant General Conditions are
only applicable to NSF awards made to foreign grantees. Effective
immediately, new NSF grants and funding amendments to existing NSF grants to
foreign grantees are subject to these Foreign Grant General Conditions dated
July 1, 2002.
