Adherence to Emergency Plan PolicyAll USG bilateral programs receiving resources for HIV/AIDS, regardless of program size or funding account source, are expected to follow the policies of the President’s Emergency Plan, as outlined in the Global Strategy as well as in associated policy documents, such as the ABC guidance. We understand that the implementation of the Emergency Plan is dependent on host country contexts and strategies. Recognizing the wide range of needs and program sizes, the determination of how certain elements of the Emergency Plan structure and priorities will be implemented will vary based on the in-country context.
