USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Air Quality and Atmospheric Change (www.airquality.nrcs.usda.gov): helps private landowners conserve our air resources. On this site you can learn how scientists, technical specialists, and policy makers, as well as representatives from other Federal, State, University, and private organizations work together to provide high quality, up-to-date information on agricultural air quality. Learn about their programs that include issues of: agricultural odor; ammonia; chemical drift; greenhouse gases; and ozone precursors.
