Andersen Consulting, Chicago, Ill., was awarded on July 1, 1998, a $5,608,631 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for test support for the Integrated Maintenance Data System. Lockheed Martin Corp., Sunnyvale, Calif., was awarded on July 1, 1998, a $6,223,034 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for test support for Phase II of the Constellation Maintenance System (CMS) in support of the MILSATCOM satellite system. The work will be completed November 1999. At this time, $2,457,517 of the contract funds have been obligated. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Dyncorp, Aerospace Technology, Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded on July 1, 1998, a $23,180,981 face value increase to a fixed-price-incentive contract to provide for FY 1999 aircraft maintenance support for the T-37, T-38, AT-38, and T-1A aircraft. The work is expected to be completed September 1999 (with six one-year option periods). The work will be performed at Columbus Air Force Base, Miss. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Air Education and Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41689-98/C-0500).

Raytheon Texas Instruments Systems, McKinney, Texas, was awarded on July 1, 1998, a $9,999,999 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for 43 Video Tracker System Controller (VT/SC) units in support of the F-117A aircraft as well as upgrade of seven VT/SC from the development configuration to production configuration. The work is expected to be completed May 2000.

Lockheed Martin, Government Electronic Systems, Moorestown, N.J., is being awarded an $8,626,607 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-97-C-5177 to exercise options for Baseline J3 computer programs backfit for Japanese DDG 173, 174, and 175 under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Work will be performed in Moorestown, N.J. (98%), and Japan (2%), and is expected to be completed in March 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

Engineering Design Group, Inc., Tulsa, Okla., is being awarded an $8,145,775 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for services and supplies in support of automated fuel handling equipment (AFHE). The AFHE system takes advantage of more recent state-of-the art technology and establishes the baseline for subsequent installations. These systems will provide compliance capability for environmental regulations for continuous monitoring and inventory control, and will provide a standard system at project sites. The contractor will design, configure and install automated fuel handling equipment in support of major pierside fuel terminals. This contract contains options which, if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of the contract to $30,919,563. Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (25%), San Diego, Calif. (25%), Jacksonville, Fla. (25%), and Norfolk, Va. (25%), and is expected to be completed by June 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 59 proposals solicited and three offers received. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity (N65236-98-D-7707).
