are pleased to announce the posting of the 2009-2010 Common Origination and Disbursement
(COD) Technical Reference. The 2009-2010 COD Technical Reference contains development
information for the 2009-2010 Award Year. Note:
Beginning with the 2009-2010 COD Technical Reference, we will post the files only
in PDF format. This approach is consistent with how we have always posted the
COD Technical Reference on the Federal Student Aid Download Web site as well as
how we post other technical references. If
