Room Rate:
$153.00 per night single/double/triple plus 10.25% tax

Reservation cut-off date: April 6, 2005

Please make your room reservation directly with the hotel. To obtain the conference rate, refer to the "NSF Collaborative Research Meeting" when making your reservations. All reservations made after 5:00 p.m. on the cut-off date are on a space available basis and cannot guaranteed the group rate. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Deposits are fully refundable if a room is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival - be sure you get the cancellation confirmation number if you do cancel.

Please make your reservations as soon as possible. The group rate will be extended to all participants for up to one day before or after the conference dates.
