LOCATION This meeting will be held at the National Science Foundation located at 4201 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA in the Ballston area between Wilson Boulevard and Fairfax Drive, one block south of the Ballston-Marymount University Metro stop on the Orange Line.

NOTE Meeting attendees are expected to make their own travel and hotel reservations.

The meeting will serve the following functions:

  1. Enable PIs to report on the progress of their projects. Enable PIs and funders alike to get a portfolio-wide update.

  2. Discuss current research issues, opportunities, and practical concerns that can guide future steering of the CRCNS program.

  3. Discuss related issues of interest such as education and training, and international collaboration.

  4. Facilitate informal PI discussion and networking.

  5. Facilitate continued collaborative funding and coordination by Federal funders.

The conference will consist of plenary research sessions, small breakout discussions, and a discussion forum on current issues in computational neuroscience research. The meeting is open to collaborating PIs and Co-PIs (up to 3 per project), funding agency staff, and invited guests.
