Details

The conference will consist of a policy conference from 19-20 January and a science conference from 21-23 January. The policy conference will focus on new opportunities and challenges brought on by climate change, and management of the Arctic seas. The scientific conference of Arctic Frontiers 2009 will focus primarily on the structure and biogeochemical cycling of Arctic marine ecosystems in a period of rapid climate changes. The conference will also focus on sustainable management of Arctic regions.
