    Where Do I Send My Application - Service Centers

    If you are instructed to mail your application or petition to a Service Center, send it to the Center with jurisdiction for your State. The mailing addresses for the Service Centers are in the Related Links to the right.

    Please note that Form I-130 is no longer mailed to a USCIS Service Center if you (the petitioner) reside in the U.S.
