Networx Statement of Work (SOW) StatusThe Networx Statement of Work (SOW) Status report presents a high level overview of GSA/ agency/ contractor progress in satisfying agency SOW requirements. Statements of Work are used:
The first column lists the agencies as either “Large” or “Other.” The second column provides a brief description of the type of service contained in the SOW. Columns three through nine lists the sequential steps of the SOW process as follows: 3. Selected Acquisition – The Networx program consists of two parallel contracts – Networx Universal and Networx Enterprise. “U” indicates Universal. “E” Indicates Enterprise. The SOW must specify which Networx contract will be used; 4. GSA 1St Review – Consists of a review of the SOW requirements and an initial determination as to whether the requirements are In-Scope with the selected Networx contract; 5. Agency Revision Process – In the event the GSA 1st Review identified scope and/or other issues, the SOW is returned to the agency for editing. Note: SOWs containing no issues can be determined to be In-Scope and submitted to the contractor as outlined in Step Seven; 6. GSA Final In-Scope – In the event the SOW was returned to the agency for corrections and re-submitted to GSA, GSA performs a second review of the SOW requirements for In-Scope determination; 7. Pending Contractor Proposal – The agencies In-Scope SOW is sent to each Networx Universal or Enterprise (not both) contractor. Each contractor may respond to the SOW by submitting a proposal to the agency; 8. Under Agency Evaluation – The Networx contractor’s proposal is under agency evaluation; 9. Award Complete – The agency has determined, based on its selection criteria, the Networx contractor to fulfill the SOW requirements.
