Mission: ensuring the security of the nation's freight rail network using a risk based approach.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining clear lines of communication with stakeholders in the freight rail industry.
• Leading teams of industry and government subject matter experts to facilitate assessments of TVC related to the freight rail environment and how to best address them. Developing standards related to Toxic Inhalation Hazards.
