DESCRIPTION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared
in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation/synopsis reference number is DACS07Q2190 is being
issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses
are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This
is 100% set-aside for small business. Contractors shall submit
a unit price and a total price for each line item included in this
acquisition. Pricing shall be FOB destination. All
responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered
by the agency. Quotes are being solicited on a brand name
or equal basis. Specifications must be submitted if quoting
on “or equal” items.
Line Item Description:
- Ricoh/Gestetner DSC460GW system with color, scan, print, large
capacity stapling, and 2 and 3 hole punch.
- Delivery (Shipping), Setup, Installation and Training
- Maintenance Agreement to include all service (parts and labor)
and all supplies (excluding paper and staples).
Note: Items to be delivered FOB Destination to: Arlington,
VA. Vendors are to submit delivery time with their
quote.

FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal
FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial
FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -Commercial Items Evaluation. The
Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation
to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. The
government will award on the basis of lowest price /technically
acceptable.
