Synopsis E56563X: Sign Language Interpreting Services for October 2008 Meeting

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.

This is an open market combined synopsis/solicitation.

All interested Contractors shall provide a quote for the following:

SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETING SERVICES

The contractor shall provide sign language interpreting services for the Science of Learning Centers Principal Investigator’s Meeting on October 15 – 17, 2008, at the Hilton Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia, according to the following schedule:

October 15	6:00 pm – 11:00 pm	2
October 16	8:30 am – 6:30 pm	8
October 17	8:30 am – 5:00 pm	8

Offers should provide a firm fixed price quotation for the services listed above, including any travel costs.

Offerors should complete annual representations and certifications on-line at
http://orca.bpn.gov in accordance with FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items.  If paragraph J of the provision is applicable, a written submission is required.
